Position Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our Google Ads and PPC services. You’ll work closely with the marketing and campaign teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and generate new leads through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and inbound marketing channels.

  • Understand client business goals and present Covenant’s PPC solutions in a compelling and consultative manner.

  • Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client’s specific needs.

  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless handoff to the campaign execution team.

  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools and regularly report on activity and progress.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with service offerings and delivery timelines.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends in digital advertising, PPC strategies, and Google Ads updates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in digital marketing or advertising services.

  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, PPC, and digital marketing performance metrics.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and productivity tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
